{GCM} is the General Circulation Model climate projection (statistically-downscaled with LOCA, Version 1, https://loca.ucsd.edu/) used to drive WaSSI

{SIMFLAG} is a simulation flag
   {empty}:       Indicates a standard simulation with dynamic climate and dynamic land cover
   -fixedland:    Indicates a simulation with dynamic climate and FIXED land cover
   -fixedclimate: Indicates a simulation with FIXED climate and dynamic land cover
{RCP} is the associated Representative Concentration Pathway
   rcp45: RCP 4.5
   rcp85: RCP 8.5
{ERA} indicates the climatological period considered when calculating the averages
   A: 2008-2027 ("present-day")
   B: 2040-2059 (mid-century)
   C: 2080-2099 (end-century)

File contents (climatological averages):
CELL        USGS 8-digit Hydrologic Unit Code (HUC8)
RAIN        Mean annual precipitation (mm) 
TEMP        Mean annual air temperature (oC)
MAX_SWE     Mean annual maximum snow water equivalent on the land surface (mm)
SOLPSAT     Mean annual soil moisture fraction of saturation)
PET         Mean annual potential evapotranspiration (mm)
AET         Mean annual actual evapotranspiration (mm)
AETPETR     AET:PET ratio
RUNOFF      Mean annual runoff (water yield) (mm)
RUN_P       Fraction of mean annual precipitation as runoff
ET_P        Fraction of mean annual precipitation as evapotranspiration
RUNET_P     Fraction of mean annual precipitation as runoff and evapotranspiration

The HUC8 polygons considered in WaSSI are included in the folder huc8_wassiweb/ for convenience (shapefile obtained from https://wassiweb.fs.usda.gov/viewer/dl_huc/wassi-huc8)
The WaSSI outputs (CSV files) can be mapped by linking them to the shapefile via the "CELL" (HUC_8) attribute.
